Do not wind the watch when on your wrist.
When accessing the crown while on the wrist there is a tendency to tilt the crown side of the watch up.
This creates pressure on the Crown Stem and may bend or break the Crown.

Winding of automatic watches
Wind your watch once a day manually. Automatic watches maintains best time when the mainspring is above half tension. Automatic watches has over 36 hrs of power reserve, so winding before you wear it on each morning is recommended. Stop winding when you feel resistance.
