MEET THE FOUNDERS

The Swiss Watch Company has evolved over 25 years of commitment and zeal displayed by its founders, Jayanti Varma and Arun D'Silva. Both alumni from elite business schools they received pink slips from their respective corporate employers post the unexpected market downturn of year 2000. A chance call led to them meeting, and through up the possibility of pooling their talent and being associated. They had no plan but a deep conviction that they would never allow arbitrary corporate rules to control their future.

What followed is the story of how trust, respect, and focus helped build Retail Interface Pvt Ltd which today is India's most successful brand management firm for premium, family-owned Swiss watch brands.

During their numerous trips to Switzerland, Arun and Jayanti discovered exceptional and unique watch brands with a history in watchmaking. These were family owned brands looking for a partner to work with to establish their brand in India. They liked the brand management concept presented to them and decided to take the association forward. These brands today retail from over 75 physical stores in 15 cities across India India’s most reliable online site for premium Swiss watches.

The brands that have been successfully introduced into the Indian market are Raymond Weil, Frederique Constant, Alpina, Luminox, M Watch, Ernest Borel, Andre Mouche, Herbelin, Milus, and Atlantic.

Derek Anto Solomon

BRAND MANAGER

Derek Anto Solomon is an MBA Graduate in Retail Operations and is currently the Brand
Manager for Frederique Constant, Herbelin, Milus & Atlantic in India.

Starting his career from the root levels of Swiss Watch retail, he has managed to climb up the ladder of the industry with his eye for detail and precision with a high focus on customer satisfaction in a period of 12 years.

An experienced merchandiser with a proven track record of success in creating and
executing effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Has a keen eye for detail and highly skilled in visual merchandising, customer service, and inventory management. Committed to providing excellent customer service and achieving the highest standards of efficiency and productivity.

Yoganna

Office Manager

Yoganna is our Office Manager with an experience of over 30 years of expertise in administration. He is extremely well-organized and meticulous. He handles the day to day operations, communication, administrative support, office management, policies, customer service and logistics.

Victor Solomon

Head of Service

Since 2018, I've been the head of Swiss watch servicing. Experience in the premium and luxury watch retail market since 2005.

I enjoy long drives and gardening in my spare time.

FOUNDING MEMBERS

Arun D’Silva and Jayanti Varma co-founded Retail Interface in 2002.

Jayanti is an alumni of the Indian School of Business Hyderabad. Her core skills are in merchandising planning, inventory management, imports, finance, legal and social media marketing. She is a fitness enthusiast and has successfully completed the Spartan Challenge in Hong Kong in 2018.

Arun has a Masters in HR and Marketing from XLRI a leading business school in India. His core competence lies in brand strategy, advertising, marketing and PR. He is a cyclist, swimmer, golfer and a competitive rider in Eventing and show jumping.
